01 — Scope

These terms apply to Weblite® websites, hosting, and any services we provide. By using Weblite, you agree to these terms. They explain what we offer, what you can expect, and what we expect in return.Our terms stay simple and clear. If anything changes, we’ll communicate it openly. If you continue using Weblite after an update, that means you accept the new version. If not, you may stop using the service at any time.We keep things honest and straightforward so the expectations are clear on both sides.

02 — Access

To use Weblite, you may need to provide basic business details and approve the work. Access to your website and hosting is provided for your business use only. Please don’t misuse, copy, or reverse-engineer the systems or templates we use. Most of Weblite runs smoothly on its own, but some parts may require support from our team. If your site security or hosting is compromised through misuse, we may limit access to protect the platform. Our goal is to keep your website running fast, clean, and reliable for everyone we support.

03 — Ownership

All design, code, systems, and templates used in Weblite are owned by Mindel unless stated otherwise. You own your content (your words, images, logos, and business information). You are granted the right to use your Weblite site for as long as your hosting plan is active. Custom requests or additions discussed outside the standard Weblite package will be agreed to separately in writing. Ownership guidelines help keep everything clean, fair, and simple.

04 — Payment

Websites are billed at a fixed one-time fee. Hosting is billed monthly or annually depending on your plan. Payments are made upfront. Hosting renews automatically unless you cancel beforehand. If a payment fails, access may be paused until the billing issue is resolved. Taxes, if applicable, are your responsibility. We don’t hide extra fees or surprise charges. If something looks wrong, tell us and we’ll fix it quickly. We want payment to feel simple and transparent, not stressful.

05 — Privacy

We respect your privacy and only collect information needed to build, host, and run your website. We do not sell your data or share it unnecessarily. Our hosting uses trusted tools and services that follow current data protection standards. You can ask what data we hold, request changes, or request deletion at any time. Privacy should be the default, not something hidden in fine print.

06 — Liability

Weblite is provided as-is, using the best tools and processes available. We aim to keep your website stable, secure, and reliable, but we can’t guarantee perfection. We’re not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or issues caused by misuse. If something breaks or seems off, reach out — we’ll always do our best to fix it. Use your best judgement online, and contact us if you’re unsure. We’re here to help, not hide behind legal language.

07 — Changes

Your Weblite website includes one round of revisions during the build. If you need changes after your site is launched, we can make them, but they may come at an additional cost depending on the request. We’ll always tell you the price before we do anything. Small fixes or errors on our end are handled for free. Bigger updates, new sections, or new features fall outside the original package and are treated as new work. We keep everything clear and upfront so you always know what’s included and what isn’t.
